    DC Fire’s Operations Center manages citywide incidents by automatically surfacing critical, location‑aware intelligence without relying solely on radio traffic. Using ArcGIS tools and real‑time integrations, the Center identifies incidents in key zones, highlights risks such as vacant structures or hydrant issues, and displays unit location, staffing, and talk groups. Automated analytics track availability and response efficiency, enabling proactive, data‑informed oversight.
