How to Build Effective Health Decision-Support Tools

Designed for learning and exploration by staff of Changent, a non-profit organization rooted in improving health outcomes for children and families, the FOA helps uncover barriers and opportunity toward achieving health and well-being. By visualizing these data through the Esri platform, the FOA is intended to spark insight, strengthen collaboration, and support data-driven action for meaningful health equity impact.
