- From Legacy Water Meter Replacement to Smart Metering with GISEYATh is replacing 100.000 of 500.000 water meters with smart meters. The water meter replacement process was not fully automated, involving employees from different divisions and contractors, low accuracy location and unstandardised street addresses of water meters. Survey123 has been customized for field operations with automated exchange of data with ERP and offline capabilities to collect location of high accuracy and input of standardized street address for new smart meters. In addition, an Experience Builder Dashboard provides real time monitoring of the whole replacement process.
