Conservation success depends on revealing where priorities, interest, and capacity align. This session showcases interactive, web-based GIS tools that turn conservation data into action through storytelling, landowner decision support, and capacity mapping. Learn how Web GIS helps landowners, partners, and stakeholders identify opportunities, coordinate efforts, and collaborate more effectively to deliver measurable conservation outcomes.

- Conservation Planning at Parcel Scale: Custom Landowner Property Reports
Harford Soil Conservation District’s Conservation Planning Resource combines an ArcGIS Experience Builder website with a custom Lawn Savings Calculator and Parcel Report tool. These tools were built with ArcGIS Maps SDK (JavaScript) and the Calcite Design System. County property owners pick a conservation topic of interest and generate a client-side, custom PDF with maps, parcel summary statistics, and recommended conservation practices for their property. We will demo the resource and discuss design patterns and how the custom property reports connect landowners to conservation programs.
