- Spatially Informed Peat Landslide Hazard Assessments for UK Onshore Wind FarmsA Peat Landslide Hazard and Risk Assessment (PLHRA) is a key regulatory requirement for many UK windfarm sites, especially those planned for development in sensitive upland peatland areas. This session will examine the role of GIS in supporting the delivery of PLHRAs, through effective management and analysis of geoscientific datasets, creation of landslide stability models and the evaluation of consequence and risk. The session will also examine the role of customised ESRI toolboxes to automate PLHRA workflows, improve data consistency and reduce project risks
