    The TAP Right of Way Satellite Monitoring and Management Platform supports safe pipeline operation by integrating satellite imagery, Change Detection and geospatial workflows into a single ArcGIS-based environment. Developed in-house, it enables TAP teams and contractors to review, validate and manage RoW findings, track field feedback and trigger automated notifications through Azure services. Operational since 2025, the platform improves awareness, traceability and decision-making for pipeline integrity management.
