In January, a mid-air collision over the Potomac River triggered a complex, multi-agency response. This presentation highlights how existing Common Operating Picture tools were rapidly adapted to support incident command. Using ArcGIS and Survey123, teams integrated sonar, drone imagery, ADS-B data, GPS tracking, CAD/AVL, and more into a real-time dashboard. This enabled situational awareness, dive coordination, and documentation to support investigation and review, demonstrating the power of flexible, GIS-based tools in critical incidents.
