Early fire detection in wildfire is critical to timely response. However, today robust detection systems don't rely on any single remote sensing solution. This presentation demonstrates how ArcGIS acts as a data integrator for diverse data streams—including GOES satellite detections and real-time ALERTCalifornia camera imagery—to swiftly verify and assess emerging wildfires. By enriching these detections with contextual data, responders gain immediate insights into potential impacts and can efficiently run predictive models, empowering agencies with data to build wildfire detection workflows.
