- Bridging the Geospatial Divide: OSRL’s Incident Hub and Industry Collaboration
Geospatial tools are vital for emergency response, but many organisations lack the resources or awareness to adopt them. OSRL provides no-notice GIS services to ensure that any organisation, regardless of their readiness, can access geospatial tools during an incident. Additionally, OSRL is championing a collaborative Esri PUG working group to share best practices, workflows, and tools, supporting organisations at all stages. This session highlights how OSRL is bridging the geospatial divide, fostering global collaboration, and improving oil spill response capabilities worldwide.

- Personnel Exposure Minimization Plans Scheduling Application
Personnel Exposure Minimization Plans (PEMP) are safety focused plans used to protect nonessential personnel by controlling access to hazardous areas at a refinery, particularly during high-risk startup and shutdown operations of process units. The PEMP Planning and Scheduling Application built on bp's One Map, utilzing Esri's ArcGIS Experience Builder and ArcGIS Survey123, modernizes communication between operations and security teams and enables personnel at the Whiting refinery to have a holistic spatial view of current and planned PEMP activities.
