- Building a GIS Program from the Ground UpBack in August of 2023, Camden County wanted to start a GIS Program for a few factors. The first was to have all of the GIS work down in-house, and the second was to expedite GIS requests. The presentation will layout the first six months on the job along with first steps and evaluation of needs to initial meetings that were had.
