- Validation of a Predictive Model using GIS technology: AEdP CCTV Case StudyThe Forecast Validation CCTV project consists of applying a predictive model to be implemented in the municipality of Porto based on existing data from video inspections carried out over the last five years. Using Workforce for ArcGIS, Navigator, FieldMaps and Survey123, it is possible to optimise and direct decision-making regarding the planning of video inspections with increasing reliability.

- From the Management of Utility Network to the Monitoring of Financial IndicatorsKretinga water is responsible for water supply and wastewater management. ArcGIS was involved to gather information about managed utility networks and to effectively managed incidents and planned maintenance work. The system plays a crucial role in performing daily tasks, including network TV inspections, cost analysis, system performance monitoring, as well as service accounting. Additionally, the system is utilized to collect data about assets in the field which are not documented in technical documentation, by using mobile applications.
