- SIG-BIM Integration for a 360-degree View of the Lisbon Drainage Master PlanLisbon is making significant advancements in urban infrastructure management and resilience by integrating GIS and BIM. The City designed a Master Plan to combat climate-related challenges, particularly increased flooding. This project offers a proof of concept for integrating GIS with BIM, using Esri technology to enhance data visualization and decision-making. Through ArcGIS, the initiative provides a detailed view of Lisbon's drainage and related infrastructures. A user-friendly online platform allows interactive data layers and spatial analyses.

- Data Driven Sustainable DesignAEC projects have a direct impact on UN sustainable development goals and targets. The choices we make during the different phases of projects have a direct influence on the scale of that impact. Arcadis’ smart data led approach combined with spatially communicating the benefits creates a sense of ownership and awareness of the importance of making the right choices for maximum impact. By building a connected wildlife network of improved biodiversity using technology to influence the design of infrastructure projects we are leaving behind an environmental legacy which has resilience built in.
