- Condition Assessments and Preparing for the Future
The Massport Infrastructure Condition Assessment (MICA) is a comprehensive survey of the physical infrastructure located on all Massport campuses. Using ArcGIS Survey123, we collected valuable Building Condition Assessment information in 15 surveys across 9 primary disciplines. The outputs from these comprehensive surveys will inform Massport’s multi-billion dollar Capital Program and enable Massport staff to provide critical investment to areas most in need. Deploying survey teams across highly secure facilities required a highly coordinated approach using agile project management methodology.
