- Harnessing the Power of GIS for Project Delivery
Discover how the City of Greeley Public Works streamlined their plan set and bid tab production by harnessing the power of Geographic Information Systems (GIS). This presentation will unveil our in-house workflow, exclusively built on the Esri ArcGIS Pro platform, which automated and streamlined the entire process for our annual pavement, concrete and stormwater maintenance programs. Join us to explore the step-by-step implementation of this innovative approach and witness how it can be universally applied to optimize data utilization across the project life-cycle.

- Development Review & Comp Plan Implementation via Interactive Dashboards
Facing challenges in evaluating development projects' necessity and benefits to the community, the City of Plano decided to conduct an annual market study to determine demand-based housing and employment needs. Plano collaborated with AECOM on data gathering and analysis. AECOM created a list of metrics, collected data from various sources, and developed an ArcGIS Hub site to host four ArcGIS Experience Builders, providing additional information about data, analysis, and findings. These tools help Plano staff and elected officials save time in their reviews and reduce costs.
