- Combining Remote Sensing and GIS for new needs in a multi energies context
Remote sensing has proven highly effective and efficient for both, assessment, and monitoring of energy businesses. Its applications are enormously valuable when it comes to make decisions, based on spatio temporal information, which are nowadays widely open to the public. But how exploring data acquired by remote devices without its closest ally, the GIS?

- Maxar’s High-Fidelity Emissions Measurement Solution
Maxar’s advanced methane emissions measurement solution detects and quantifies emissions as low as 33 kg/hr. The solution leverages WorldView-3 imagery, both 3.7 m resolution shortwave infrared and 30 cm resolution natural color imagery, and our proprietary algorithm to detect plumes, quantify leaks, and determine the source within 5 m. The measurement results are published as WMS/WMTS layers. Maxar will present the features and functionality of this solution when integrated with ArcGIS Pro.
