PODS will first provide an update on their efforts to further develop the knowledge base of pipeline data managment best practices they have amassed during their 25-year career in the business to the Esri pipeline community. This wealth of information on using a GIS to model pipeline assets serves as the basis for many current systems of record. After that, Josh Cox from Williams will provide a brief summary of a new PODS program centered on the development of a regulator compliance module that is currently being worked on at PODS.

- PODS 7 Pipeline Regulatory & Integrity Management Task ModulePODS is defining an implementation pattern of the PODS 7 Model + APR that will relate Integrity Management (IM) activities to the individual repairs that result from these IM activities. The implementation pattern will include new relationships, attributes, feature classes for the data model which will be released in the Fall of 2023. This presentation will be a first look at the Pipeline Regulatory & Integrity Management Task Module which will bring prescribed business practices to the PODS Model for the first time.
