- GIS Across the Renewable Project Life-cycleAs an owner operator Pattern continues to look for new ways to manage data throughout the development of a renewable energy project. We will highlight how GIS supports various stakeholders as projects progress from prospects to operating projects. Our team has incorporated the use of AGOL and applications like Field Maps, Survey123, and Web Map Applications to streamline data sharing across our groups.

- An Intro to the NASA Prediction Of Worldwide Energy Resources (POWER) ProjectThe NASA POWER Project provides tools that aid in decision-making and development within the renewable energy community by providing free and accessible NASA Earth Observation data. POWER’s database is comprised of surface meteorology and solar radiation parameters accessible through an API and the project’s Data Access Viewer (enhanced). POWER data is analysis-ready NASA data and can be packaged into multiple formats for many use cases. POWER also produces Esri® ArcGIS Image and Feature Services through an ArcGIS Enterprise that allow users to interact with the POWER data in GIS applications
