Operating an enterprise GIS platform within a large statewide organization presents unique challenges from user collaboration to standardization. Supporting GIS practice throughout Caltrans by implementing ArcGIS Sites as an organizational GIS hub entitled, Geospatial Enterprise Engagement Platform (GEEP), has jumpstarted collaboration amongst 12 divisions, and over 35 programs. This presentation will discuss strategies and approaches to better enable GIS practice and collaboration in their organization using ArcGIS Enterprise and Enterprise Sites
