2022 Proceedings

In this session, you will learn all about building web apps using web components (based on the W3C standards). We’ll do an overview of the benefits of web components, then show web components in action using Calcite Components and the ArcGIS API for JavaScript, and then go through the steps for building your first web component using stencil.js. We’ll also cover how Esri builds micro frontends using web components that are re-usable, shareable, and framework agnostic.
